We made this for ourselves.

Somewhere between the fourth grind adjustment of the morning and logging shot data nobody asked for, it became clear there wasn't much out there made for people like us.

Not the "but first, coffee" crowd. Not the mug-and-slogan gift shop. The people who have opinions about burr geometry. Who consider water temperature a variable worth controlling. Who have, on at least one occasion, been late to something because the extraction wasn't right.

Overly Particular is apparel for home baristas, espresso obsessives, and anyone who takes their morning seriously enough that other people have noticed.

The designs are specific on purpose. If you get it, you get it. If you don't, that's fine too. The shirts still look good.
